Shareholder Update · H1 2026
Building the foundation for national growth.

To our shareholders
To the shareholders of Monarch Media, Inc. (dba Coco Love Water and Coco Taps) — we are pleased to share our first-half 2026 update. The first six months of 2026 marked one of the most important operational periods in Coco Love's history: revenue grew, profitability was achieved in Q2, our national distribution footprint expanded meaningfully, and we made deliberate investments in the infrastructure required to support the next phase of national expansion. This letter walks through every part of the business — the numbers, the operations, the retail wins, the direct-to-consumer momentum, the product roadmap, and the capital plan that will fund the next chapter.

01 · Growth trajectory
Revenue growth backed by an expanding distribution engine.
Revenue totaled $2.81M through the first six months of 2026, comprised of $1.24M in Q1 and $1.57M in Q2 — sequential quarter-over-quarter growth of roughly 27%. Management made a deliberate decision during this period to invest in expanding the infrastructure needed to support the next phase of national expansion, including onboarding new distribution partners, upgrading operations, and deepening retail relationships. Over the six-month period we added 16 new distribution partners, growing the national distributor network from 11 to 27 — a 145% increase. As these partners continue building out retailer relationships, we expect the expanded network to become an increasingly meaningful driver of future revenue.

02 · Quarterly profitability
Q2 2026: our first profitable quarter.
Achieving profitability in Q2 2026 reflects continued improvement in the underlying economics of the business, as revenue growth, gross margin expansion, and operating leverage all strengthened simultaneously. This milestone represents an important step in Coco Love's evolution from a high-growth startup into a scalable consumer products company focused on delivering long-term shareholder value. It also validates the operating model: as distributor and retail volumes grow against a largely fixed cost base, incremental revenue increasingly falls to the bottom line.

03 · Operations & infrastructure
New Boulder City, NV distribution hub.
During the first half of 2026 we acquired a new distribution and operations facility in Boulder City, Nevada, consolidating multiple warehouses into a single, more efficient hub. The facility reduces occupancy costs, increases inventory capacity, and improves logistics efficiency — providing the operational foundation to scale nationwide as our distributor and retail base expands.

Coco Love has secured placement with Albertsons Companies for a planned Q4 2026 launch. Albertsons operates more than 2,200 stores across multiple banners in the United States, representing another important milestone in expanding our national retail presence alongside our expanding distributor network. The partnership meaningfully broadens consumer access to Coco Love and supports velocity growth against an increasingly national footprint.

Fueling the next phase — $25M planned in Q3 2026.
To fully capitalize on the momentum built in the first half of 2026, the company intends to raise $25 million in Q3 2026 through a combination of debt and equity financing. Proceeds will fund larger inventory purchases, expanded production capacity, stronger logistics, and fulfillment of the demand being generated by our growing distributor, retail, cruise, and DTC channels.
